All appointments are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, particularly for longer or specialised services.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
We reserve the right to recommend alternative services if a requested style is not suitable for your hair type or condition, in the interest of your hair health.
While we take every precaution during treatments, Tamal Beauty LTD is not liable for allergic reactions to products unless a patch test was requested and not properly disclosed to staff beforehand.
